2020 Basketball Camp Registration form and COVID-19 guidelines

Registration forms can be faxed, mailed, dropped off or handed in-person. Please note that registration will NOT be processed without the waiver section in the registration form signed.

Completed registration forms can be dropped off to Panther Central at any time during hours of operation. They can also be emailed to pantheracademy@ or faxed to (902) 566-0700 (for credit card payments only).
