2020 Basketball Camp Registration form

"Return to Play" Guidelines will be available Tuesday, June 23.

Registration forms can be faxed, mailed, dropped off or handed in-person. Please note that registration will NOT be processed without the waiver section in the registration form signed and either payment submitted in full OR a $50 non-refundable deposit submitted along with a valid credit card number.

Completed registration forms can be dropped off to Panther Central at any time during hours of operation. They can also be emailed to pantheracademy@ or faxed to (902) 566-0700 (for credit card payments only).
