| Background: | This annual award was established at the Bauder College (Atlanta) by family and friends in memory of Alan Moore. Alan Moore was a first-year engineering student at the Bauder College (Atlanta). A motorcycle accident claimed his life in 1983 at the age of 19. Alan was born in Atlanta and was a graduate of Atlanta Rural High School. He entered the Bauder College (Atlanta) to pursue a career in Engineering. Alan is well remembered by his peers and professors. This memorial award will assist a student pursuing an Engineering degree. |
