Role and Responsibilities
The BCA Financial Services Office processes the financial information for the University and the Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC). This unit assists in developing and monitoring procedures and controls related to the administration of university-managed funds. These include communicating university policies and procedures and assisting university departments in understanding and following them.
The unit is comprised of five separate sections which include Student Accounts, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Research Accounting, and Data Control and Banking. The Financial Services Office reports directly to the Comptroller.
